Notre série de « vis ma vie » se poursuit avec Alice, étudiante italienne en cycle ingénieur option e-santé , et qui profite d’un échange Erasmus sur notre campus de Toulon.
Hi Alice, can you quickly introduce yourself?
I'm 21 years old and studying in Toulon as an Erasmus exchange student. I'm studying e-health. I'm Italian, from Modena. I studied biotechnology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. I also studied genetics, chemistry and immunology.
What do you gain from this exchange at ISEN?
Here I can do more practical work and concentrate on oral presentations, working in groups with my fellow students. This experience has given me the opportunity to improve both my English and my French. Now I'm more at ease when I have to do presentations and exams in another language.
How were your first steps at ISEN?
The ISEN teams are really friendly, you can easily communicate with everyone in English. They can help you if you have a problem. ISEN also helps you with accommodation or meals at the university restaurant, for example.
What do you remember about your time in Toulon?
I made friends with other Erasmus students and French students. Toulon is a very pleasant place, you can go to the beach at Le Mourillon, or walk around the city center or go hiking on Mont Faron.
What are your plans for the rest of your studies?
After graduating, I'd like to continue studying medical biotechnology and specialize in the healthcare field.
