Electric Mobility Chair

As part of this Chair, ISEN's partnership with OneToo aims to improve the maintenance of electrically-powered vehicles.

The switch from internal combustion engines to this new type of motorization simplifies certain parts of the vehicle. As a result, the very nature of the diagnostics that could be issued on combustion engine vehicles changes radically with electric vehicles.

What's more, the two components of the motor-battery pairing are often intimately linked; it is therefore important to be able to characterize its operation, enabling correct operation to be separated from abnormal operation, with as little disruption as possible to the complete system in order to retain a good representative value for the information collected.
This is why ISEN and OneToo are working, within the framework of this Chair, to formalize high-performance and realistic diagnostic possibilities, adapted to the vehicles of the future. The aim is for these possibilities to give rise to the creation of diagnostic tools, to better control the evolution of electric vehicles over time.
