The professionalization contract in the 5th year
Work-study programs enable students to work for a company, local authority or other organization, with the latter covering the costs of the training.
For the first 6 months, the student alternates between school and the company (2 weeks/2 weeks).
For the following 6 months, the student works full-time in the company.
The student also receives a salary.
The student changes status and becomes an employee of the company with which he or she has signed an employment contract (
).
