BIOMOTION project (Self-assembled monolayers for the selective detection of biomarkers) funded by the AMUtech Institute's call for emerging projects, between IM2NP and CINaM (2021)

Preliminary study for the preparation of an intelligent bioactive surface that can detect on demand, simultaneously or successively and with high selectivity, several biomarkers as a function of the electrical potential applied to the surface. To achieve this, it is planned to use the specific coupling of push-pull molecules, which will modify the effective electrical potential, and antigenic receptor oligopeptides of interest (Fig. 1).
