ISEN Méditerranée is a private higher education institution of public interest (EESPIG) under contract with the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
ISEN Méditerranée is an engineering school located in the cities of Toulon and Marseille. Each year, the school trains 850 students in digital technologies, including embedded systems, mobile robotics, smart energy, connected objects (IoT), e-health, software development, business engineering, and cybersecurity.

Main mission
The instructor is responsible for designing, leading, and monitoring electronics training modules for students at the first- through third-year college level. He or she helps develop skills in analog and digital electronics, with a focus on engineering applications.
Main activities:
- Design and teach courses in:
- Analog electronics (circuits, components, amplification)
- Digital Electronics (Combinational and Sequential Logic)
- Fundamentals of Electronic Systems
- Develop teaching materials (lectures, tutorials, lab sessions)
- Supervise practical work (setups, measurements, instrumentation)
- Assessing students (quizzes, exams, projects)
- Help students understand electronic systems
- Help improve educational content
Qualifications
- A minimum of a five-year degree (engineering school or master’s degree) in:
- Electronics
- Electrical Engineering
- Embedded systems
- Desired work experience in:
- Electronics industry / embedded systems
- or education / training
Technical skills:
- Proficiency in the fundamentals of analog and digital electronics
- Reading and designing electronic schematics
- Use of measuring instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator)
- Knowledge of electronic simulation (SPICE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems (preferred)
- Teaching skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms
- Fluency in speaking
- Autonomy and organization
- Technical precision
- Ability to supervise hands-on laboratory work
- Experience at an engineering school or training institution
- Knowledge of IoT and embedded systems
- Experience in prototyping (printed circuit boards, Arduino, etc.)
- Experience in managing technical projects
