The Fablab
The Fablab (fabrication laboratory) is an open space that provides all kinds of tools including digital fabrication tools, computer-controlled machine tools. It allows the design and realization of objects, and also to go from the concept phase to the prototyping phase, as well as from the prototyping phase to the development phase. It has obtained the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) label and respects the Fablab charter. It allows users to access technology by promoting the sharing of knowledge and technical skills.

Materials and achievements
3D filament printer
Model: Prusa I3 mk3s
Highly versatile additive manufacturing machine capable of producing complex parts in a wide range of plastic materials. Its main drawback is its slowness.
3D resin printer
Model: Prusa SL1
Additive manufacturing machine capable of producing extremely precise, very small resin parts. More complex to use than a filament deposition printer, with reduced printing dimensions and high manufacturing costs.
Laser cutting/engraving machine
Model: Trotec Speedy 100 and 300
Numerically controlled machine capable of cutting and engraving large materials with speed and precision. This machine is easy to use, but requires a few precautions.
Digital milling machine
Model: Carbide 3D Nomad 883 Pro
Versatile CNC machine, capable of machining a wide range of materials with precision. This machine is smaller in size and more complex to operate than a laser cutter.
Thermoformer
Model: Vaquform DT2
Easy-to-handle, manually operated machine. Quickly duplicates the surface of a shape from a sheet of plastic. This machine is of reduced size (within thermoformer standards).
Digital embroidery machine
Model: HappyJapan HCH-701-30
Numerically controlled machine. Allows embroidery on various textiles with automatic color change. Specific embroidery software and machine require experience for optimum use.
Industrial sewing machine
Model: JUKI DDL 900B
Hand-operated sewing machine. High-speed single feed (5000 pts / minute). High operating comfort with automatic thread trimmer and toggle foot lift. Requires basic sewing knowledge and practice.
