This CPGE (Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles) Mathématiques Physique Sciences de l'ingénieur in 1st year and Physique Sciences de l'ingénieur in 2nd year is offered on the Toulon campus.
During this 2-year cycle, a differentiated pedagogy enables students to work in small level groups. High-quality, close-at-hand supervision enables each student to improve his or her working methods and gain access to the pathways to excellence:
- Continuation of engineering studies at ISEN, with continuous assessment, to obtain an engineering degree (bac+5).
- competitive entrance exams to engineering schools specializing in different scientific fields (computer science, physics, mechanics, optics, aeronautics, telecommunications, public works, etc.), to obtain an engineering degree from another school.
Specificities of the training
The CPGE MPSI/PSI scientific preparatory classes are organized in partnership with the Lycée St Joseph - La Cordeille, one of the region's leading high schools. These preparatory classes are located on the ISEN campus in Toulon.
Prep students take part in the engineering school's student life , and benefit from sports and cultural activities. The various student associations offer all students activities such as: integration, ski trips, computer club, robotics club, Junior Entreprise, humanitarian club, music club, among others.

What's next?
After 2 years of scientific preparatory courses, you can enter the engineering cycle at ISEN (apprenticeship possible), ISEP and CPE Lyon , without having to sit a competitive entrance exam. You can also enter other Grandes Ecoles by sitting a competitive entrance exam.
After 5 years of training at ISEN, you will receive the ISEN engineering diploma, recognized by the Cti.
International mobility
This prep school offers a one-month internship in an English-speaking country.

The competition score for each candidate will be distributed according to the following criteria:
- 50% of the grade will be awarded on the basis of the student's academic record.
- 50% of the mark will be awarded in the written competition
Applicants in the general final year of high school must take the written tests, with the exception of those who are highly ranked.
