Core business
In terms of research, I am basically a doctor in automatic control. My thesis was on the design of complex systems. I was mainly interested in the people who design these systems, and how they interact with them.
I worked with the health services of the armed forces. That's when the human factor came into play.
Throughout my career, I have worked on organizational issues, and on making sure that the people who work on projects can succeed in terms of design.
Prospective
We have defined 3 lines of research:
- sociology, essentially user-centered. We will observe teams in the system design phase
- innovation, whether in terms of pedagogy or the design of technical systems
- managerial dynamics: managing people, teams and projects
We are in the process of strengthening our team with new teacher-researchers.

About me
I have been a Project Management professional for over 20 years. I am PMP® (Project Manager Professional) certified by the Project Management Institute, ICP® ICAGILE by the International Consortium for Agile and Innovation Games® Certified. My passion is the professionalization of the Project Managers I coach and train to become internationally recognized Project Managers. After having acquired operational experience in the armament sector while I was doing my doctoral thesis under a CIFRE contract, I have been able to capitalize on numerous experiences in various industrial sectors such as nuclear, automotive, transportation, telecommunications, etc. It is this industrial field experience that I put at the service of our students at ISEN Yncréa Méditerranée so that beyond their technical skills, they acquire the methods, tools and project management techniques required by the companies they will integrate tomorrow... To do so, it is necessary to have innovative pedagogical approaches which are the object of my research and development work within the school, in particular with the FR2I project to which I contribute since 2016.

Research and development activities
FR2I "Formation réseaux d'ingénieurs internationaux"
Led by Yncréa Méditerranée and its ISEN Toulon school, and supported by the ISEN network in Lille, Brest and Morocco, the FR2I project is one of the 12 winners of the "Initiatives d'excellence en formations innovantes numériques" call for projects launched as part of the Programme des investissements d'avenir (PIA).
The FR2I project focuses on the first three years of post-bac training. It aims to significantly introduce digital content and tools into engineering training courses. Interactive content will be complemented by approaches including coworking, codesign and innovative project-based teaching. This system will facilitate the international development of training courses and the deployment of remote sites.
This project is designed to accelerate the creation of MOOCs (open online courses) and high-quality digital training systems. The project aims to enhance the international attractiveness of higher education and research establishments, promote innovative digital teaching methods and consolidate a dynamic of lifelong university education. It also aims to encourage associations between higher education establishments and companies in the digital economy.

LSE03
The design aid tools constitute optimum supports in the final phases but are not intended to assist the upstream phases of the design. LSE03 Logicom System Engineering 03 - implements an approach which, through the interaction of the actors/designers with different techniques such as diagrammatic reasoning, qualitative reasoning, case-based reasoning, etc., is used to structure, handle and store knowledge frequently incorrectly defined, incomplete and heterogeneous.
